  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Always drink plenty of water before, during and after your session to keep your body PRIMED!

    If you are receiving one of our light therapy sessions, please remove all make-up, oils, and lotion from the areas being treated prior to arrival to allow your skin to receive the full benefits of the light waves. While red-light and near-infrared light is not harm to your eyes, feel free to bring protective eye wear (sunglasses) or simply close your eyes to soak up the glow!

  • Loose comfortable clothing is best. Please remove all jewelry. It is best to avoid wearing clothing with buttons and/or zippers.

    If receiving a compression or chair massage service, please wear long yoga or sweat pants and socks.

    For therapeutic and Swedish massage services you will need to undress to the level of your comfort.

  • All sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours prior to the appointment time in order to receive a full refund. All sessions cancelled within the 24-hour window will be charged in full. If you are running late, please call us- we will always do our best to accommodate you; however, this does not guarantee that you will be able to receive your full session.

  • Please use your home or communities facilities pre and post session if needed. We do not have a shower available in our mobile unit.
